When You Don't Like the Outcome, Change the Rules

Don't get me wrong, I am not an Obama supporter. However, why is it every time Senator Clinton does not get her way, she wants to change the rules?  First Senator Clinton agreed to follow the DNC rules regarding campaigning in Florida and Michigan, even signed a pledge that she would do so.  When it became all too clear that she needed the Florida and Michigan delegates, Hillary wanted to change the rules. Today the DNC Rules Committee made their decision, although not to Mrs. Clinton's liking as she still trails Senator Obama in total delegate count.

Hillary is going to try again to have the rules changed, of course to her favor. The delegates should have a full vote in both Florida and Michigan. She is asking for all the delegates in Michigan and Senator Obama gets nothing. She points out that Obama decided not to have his name on the ballot in Michigan. This is true of course, but let me state; had Senator Obama known that Clinton was going to demand changing the rules to suit her campaign efforts, would he have taken his name off the ballot, of course not.

She is saying that she would take the fight all the way to Denver. I have to admit that she is a fighter when it comes to something she wants. But I was always taught to play by the rules, and not change the rules near the end of the game if I was losing. My question to you. Is Senator Clinton a fighter or a sore loser?

This also makes me wonder if Senator Clinton does somehow become to Democratic nominee and becomes the President of the United States; how would she react if Congress does not go her way on an issue she favors?
Will she demand a change in the rules?  Thankfully, we have a check and balance system of government, or at least we are supposed to.
