Sarah Palin for Vice President

Senator John McCain announced today that Alaska Governor Sarah Palin for his Vice President pick. Finally, a woman running for office that shares the same values I do. So many times I have been disappointed that women running for office throw away values to get votes from the far left; forcing me to vote for someone else. I won't vote for a man with left-winged values and I certainly won't vote for a woman that places so little value on human life.

Sarah Palin is indeed a role model for all women, she became Governor of Alaska, has five children the youngest with Downs, the eldest enlisted in the Army and will be going to Iraq. I believe that both John McCain and Sarah Palin will do their best to have the best outcome for the war in Iraq as they both have children fighting in the war.

I don't know much about Sarah Palin, first learned about her when her name was mentioned as a possible V.P. pick, when it was first rumored about an Obama/Clinton or Clinton/Obama ticket. Now that Obama has snubbed Hillary for the V.P. hopefully, Sarah Palin will pick up those unhappy Hillary supporters and vote McCain.

    BREAK THE GLASS CEILING !!!
WOW ... What a great pick!!! America should elect
McCain & Palin for the Whitehouse in November,
for a return to wholesome American values.
An experienced Governor for V.P. vs. a
community organizer for President ... I pick Palin.
No Wright, no Farrakahn, no Ayers, no Rezko,
    no mean Michelle, NOBAMA

I am so excited, I have never watched the campaign as I do now, I am a 42 year old woman who thought I would never vote for a woman to be so close to our commander n chief but this woman Sarah has changed my mind and she truly does show the American dream can come true. I believe God is in this race and he appoints those who he chooses and when the 2 sung America the beautiful you could feel the presence of God and I believe he is backing this ticket of mccain/palin. We as women should know how we can balance it all, we do it everyday, this lady is very intelligent and not stubborn in trying to do it her way but will heed advice and use the common sense we all have to follow through, she isn't out to please the snobs but she is for the people. she understands all of us mothers who have and had children in the military, she is just like us in her heart. I will vote and encourage others too!!

I don't believe that Sarah Palin has good family values. I know she says she does, but she left her special needs child when he was THREE DAYS OLD. I would like to believe in her, but she doesn't show respect for her children, and to me, that shows a real lack of moral center.

As a Christian myself, I don't look up to Sarah Palin at all.
Re: William Ayers -As the record shows, there have been many Ayers associations including Richard Nixon and Ronald Reagan. Walter Annenberg was a former ambassador who was appointed by Presidents Nixon and Reagan. Annenberg had William Ayers on his team during his appointments with both presidents. I don't feel that there is any danger there.
It appears that Sarah Palin's staged comments on the Ayers issue are irresponsible and inflammatory. Some people at her recent rallies have vocally expressed extreme ill-will toward others. Palin has not come out and said anything at all to sooth that situation. Knowing that she has encouraged situations that could be associated with the awful consequences of other's behavior, I don't believe that Palin is a good example for me as a Christian.

It seems like God is letting us stew for a while in our man-made messes down here.

I am a believer. I am sorry really sorry, to see that as the "church" we do, have and continue to have very poor initiative.
We are really expecting the politicians to do what the church has failed to do.
We are a very poor influence on women, and actions speak louder than words, look at the number of undiminished abortions since Mr.Bush took over 8 years ago. We hate this and we hate that, we have become extremely intolerant, so sad so bad.
We prefer to lay the responsibility on politicians and not in ourselves.

We have failed to be an influence in America, now we look to impose our will on others, not conversions but overpowering. What about Sarah, she may probably is a good Mom, and may probably be a good wife, but i strongly feel she does not speak for all Christians, neither does the GOP.
May be, just may be, because our lack of initiative to learn the facts, and be able to discern manipulation we should have Mr.McCain and Sarah be elected.
